Hands-On Bar Training - From your first day, you'll work in a real bar environment, learning to navigate the setup, tools, and workflow that professional bartenders use every shift.
Cocktail Knowledge - Master classic cocktails, contemporary favorites, and the history and stories behind the drinks that define the craft.
Bar Techniques - Develop proper pouring, shaking, stirring, muddling, and garnishing techniques that create perfectly balanced drinks every time.
Customer Service and Best Practices - Learn how to engage with customers, manage a busy bar, handle difficult situations, and create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.
